Clubs set up an event from scratch or copy last year's template — categories, commission rate, and terms all come with it. One vendor account works at every club on the platform, so there's no re-registering for anyone who's sold with you before.
Vendors find events by location, category, or the clubs they already sell with, and register directly. Items go on an online submission form ahead of time, and a vendor can ask to reopen their list if they need to fix something after submitting.
Barcoded labels generate automatically from the submitted item list, formatted for standard Avery label stationery. The vendor prints their own, or the club prints on their behalf — either way, every label looks the same and nothing's handwritten.
Items are scanned in and accepted or rejected on the spot, with a standardised or free-text reason recorded for anything turned away. A vendor who doesn't show up is handled without extra admin. Check-in ends with a signed report both sides can keep.
A barcode till links every sale straight back to its vendor and item. Cash and card are both supported, with any card surcharge worked out automatically. Buyers get a printed receipt, and the committee can watch live totals on a separate sale dashboard.
The moment a sale closes, commission and payout work themselves out per vendor. Unsold items are scanned to confirm they've gone back to their owner, and each vendor gets a signed reconciliation report showing exactly what they're owed.
