Every bring-and-buy event runs through the same six stages, whether you're the one organising it or the one selling at it. Here's how club and vendor actions line up, stage by stage.
The club creates the event: dates, categories, commission rate, or a template copied from last year's sale. Vendors create a free account once, and it works at every club on the platform from then on.
Vendors browse events open for registration and sign up for the ones they want to sell at. If they've sold with a club before, their details are already on file — nothing to re-enter.
Vendors submit their item list through an online form ahead of time. No paper lists, no scrambling to remember what's in the boot of the car on the morning of the sale.
Barcoded labels generate automatically from the submitted list. The vendor prints them at home, or the club prints them on their behalf. Either way, nothing's handwritten and nothing falls off halfway through the day.
Every item is scanned in as it arrives, accepted or rejected on the spot, and the vendor walks away with a signed record of exactly what's going up for sale. Point of sale runs from the same system, so every purchase links straight back to its vendor.
Once the sale closes, unsold items are scanned to confirm they've gone back to their vendor. Payouts calculate themselves, and the club's own invoice for platform fees lands automatically too.
The six stages above apply either way. For the specifics that matter to you, pick one.
